Nvm I found the chapter, but in chapter 64 it shows who the stalker was, it was haesoo’s ex the one working with leo, I think
I don't know the exact chapters, but the first time we saw that stalker was in the club with Leo. After we saw him in a flashback, with Haesoo in a bookstore. There we saw Taku too. The stalker is more interested in getting back with Haesoo than finding some evidence that J and H have something going on.
And, after Haesoo received a phone call from his superior worker to continue the column about the stalker, there was a flashback of that dark haired guy who was with Leo
