I'm confused about how the Bomtoon draws thing works (the note at the end)

Basically, we're working on a bookmark that allows those who have bought the raws to read the scanlated pages on the actual raw site (Bomtoon/Ridibooks for now) and we're considering making buying raws more appealing by offering those people the opportunity to read ahead (if we've done the chapters ahead already).
