The character (personal maid) is named Pleana. Sometimes her name is spelled Plena.
I thought that at first as well, like the first chapter she showed up, but I think that may have been a translator/editor mistake, because she keeps talking to the maid like it’s her name.
Nobody deserves a pleana, but gosh darn it does everybody wish to have a pleana in their life!
