Kay drank Jade´s blood to highten his abilities while fighting the snake. Another´s blood is a kind of doping/drug to them. but it also puts them into a heat like state. the same person´s blood or semen also acts as an antidote while they´re high. That´s why they´re going at it - to relieve him from his heat and to give him semen. Like Jade said it´s "medical treatment". And he doesen´t want put it in, because they´re not a pair. Kay has another guy as partner, called Diego. Jade is such a proper guy lol ╮(￣▽￣)╭

dunno what their relationship with Diego is (yet) it doesen´t necessarily have to be like fated pairs in omegaverse. But it seems both of them are pretty loose, from what Kay said (￣∇￣") anyway he is not with them.
