Oh about that, I actually think she wanted to change his mind of that smuggling actually helps. He was one of them who wanted to keep it. I think that's what I got from it

I am a bit confused(prolly read it wrong) why does Chloe want to change the marquees mind. Isn't it a good thing that he opposes the smuggling. So did the prince also oppose the smuggling or wanted the benefits of the smuggling. Pls help I'm so confused
