This is unrelated but my acc seems to be frozen? I can't like anything or mark things as read ? I restarted my phone many times, help

I was trying to save a fantasy WebToon for later but it just wouldn't click at all so I tried other ones but it just doesn't work. I can still read but I'd like to save some for later

Don't know really know how to fix that. Did you try to log out then sign in again? And in incognito tab?
They actually warned me when I almost lost this account so I made another account but then this is okay so...yeah I'm talking too much.
