I’ve always been a reinxshade shipper because bright has never cared as much imo and how I see it, he was mostly falling for fine.
Saaaame. I watched the anime version first too but I always felt like Rein and Eclipse looked better together than her with Bright and vice versa with Fine. It was also pretty clear in the anime that Bright liked Fine, and that Eclipse liked Rein too so I was quite frustrated when the pairings were switched.

The fact that I knew when I was little before reading the manga says a lot. I don’t even know what made them switched it at all. Maybe it was bc in the manga and anime, that bright was falling for eclipse and the creators want them to be together but that’s pretty unfair for rein.
Not only that but what changed is that bright was more confident and not a scaredy cat in the anime but blue was which pissed me off.
I think I'm the only one who watched the anime first before finding out the manga and what shocked me more is that the pairings changed. I'm a hardcore FineXShade shipper and reading the manga version broke my childhood heart :<
