That's a fair point, but I hope he realises that Kiera suddenly distancing herself from him somehow correlates to the dream (even if he doesn't remember what it's about) because the timing of it all just makes sense. That and the fact that the dream seemed to affect him so much. He'd be a bit dense not to connect the dots...
I really hope this asshole father doesn't just brush these dreams/flashbacks he's having under the rug. Like come on, it's no coincidence that you have a nightmare about killing your own daughter and then she suddenly has a change of heart and starts ignoring/avoiding you the very same day you have this ultra-realistic dream.
