i actually think it’s a good and realistic contrast. if she’s had to be a strict lady all her life, there’s no way she’s knows the first thing about real romance. and so now, when she’s letting herself be free, she’s experiencing all these things for the first time
I mean I get that but she lived through her own death you know? She watched cossete take everything away from her and then at the very end laugh at her and reveal the truth. She searched for approval her entire life but shes rejected by the person she needs most at the end you know?? I haven't dealt with anything similar to this but like...I think she might want a therapist at the minimum ? Seems like a lot of mental issues to me ╮(￣▽￣)╭
