I wonder did Rei know that Yukio and Jun his relative?

i feel like he does, since rei is always smarter than he lets on. but then again there's not much to base it off so not too sure but I rlly hope he does and wants to protect yuki

theres a chance that he did but i really think he doesnt know because of these few hints:
-they shared a pretty strong bond when they were younger and rei seemed to care about yukio i’d doubt he’d let wang have him without saying anything
-ever since rei found out he’s ryuuji’s half brother he’s been seeking revenge for all the loss in his family so he’d want to protect yukio aka his nephew too
-in the panel where rei interupts wang you cant really see yukio since hes behind the curtain its just his legs peeking out
-wang doesnt mention yukio in front of rei he just says the boy hondou has been protecting all this time
this is why i believe he doesnt know i could be wrong but i hope he wants to protect yukio too!!

you do make rlly good points! but I just rlly want to believe that rei only interrupted wang AT THAT PRECISE MOMENT (like omg bitch good job w ur timing) bc he somehow found out he was gonna rape yuki and so he purposefully incited a phone call w some random higher up to distract wang long enough for him to postpone raping yukio, but rei is hiding behind his usual fake smile so as not to let on that he is trying to protect yuki from wang so that wang doesn't get suspicious of him THAT WAS SO RUN ON BUT I WOULD LOVE THAT <33 I'm a sucker for underhanded ways of protecting people you care about and omg seeing as rei is so cautious and always one step ahead (as seen w the odajima situation), I feel like he's connected the dots as to who this boy is aHHH
