Is this worth the time?

You literally took the words out of my head. People keep saying this is romantic but I see a controlling toxic boyfriend and a lot of horrible stereotypes

Truthfully the story is good the only flaw is the boyfriend. He is too controlling and I really don’t like them together. It annoys me how she has to report to him every little thing she does. It like she has no freedom. But other than that this story is really good.

Honestly you all should just read the novel. The comic kinda ruin your expectations of the story. It's much more easier to understand why they are in that kind of relationship if you read the novel. There's a lot of plot twist and backstory so I recommend just reading the novel.

The thing with heavy makeup and all being ugly is an asian stereotype of beauty thing... but she did use it to try to ugly herself and let's be honest... you can meke yourself hella ugly with makeup if u want... xD

I agree and people in the comments agreeing with the stereotypes are even worse
