I also don't think it's the father for sure. SH has received a letter one before from him (when NK was recovering from his illness), that he burnt in the pile of leaves, and the reaction wasn't like this. They wouldn't have acted so dramatically now, if the letter was again from the father. I bet it's another brother or someone else, someone from the government who's also an acquaintance of SH? He said in the past he has no interest in the government post, and it felt to mee as if he has some resentment towards it.
Ah, and yes, the drama is coming...
Loving the progress and development too

Chapter starts off with NK waking up on the floor covered by SH's clothing. SH is sitting beside NK, drunk out of his mind and mumbling to himself in his drunken state. He admits he was jealous of InHun and that NK makes his emotions all crazy. But more importantly, makes a remark about his past and he wonders if it would be easier to "kill them all and then himself".
We've now seen a new side of SH, a new very confused, angry, lonely and emotional side of him. Whatever happened, affected SH extremely deeply. Deep enough to cause suicid*l ideation.
After that SH falls over, and we cut scene to him being in bed with Mr kim and the doctor by his side. SH has fallen very I'll do to a lack of sleep + excessive drug and alcohol use. Mr kim and the doctor leave and tell NK to watch over SH. NK sits by SH's side and thinks about everything that had happened and everything SH had said. He asks SH if he really has feelings for him while wiping his face with a cloth, SH nuzzles his face into NK's hand. And NK pulls back and blushes (one of the first signs of non-sexual romantic interest we've seen NK have towards SH.)
Once again we cut, and this time to Mr. Kim receiving a mysterious letter for SH. Only saying "He's not one to write to my master."
Like everyone else, I'm also guessing SH's father. However SH also has more brothers, this could be introducing one of them. Or maybe some other noble SH has history with.
Either way, this chapter definitely felt like the calm before the storm to me. SH has fallen ill and is unable to protect NK, all of the servants are old and not by any means fighters. Dragging NK away is going to be easy for No name. But the thing is, if no name drags NK away silently, wouldn't everyone just think NK ran away? And would therefore not try to rescue him? NK may end up having only himself to rely on when he inevitably confronts no name.
