I think he accidentally attached the transcript of his bl novel to the resume. And I'm not sure if he was searching online for employment or it was the mom... I think curiosity got the best of the seme hehe

I think the part putting the live letter for his bl novel in the resume is an accident.
No i think what the page mean is his current job (writing a novel) have nothing to do with the job he is applying thus it can be say he has no work experience or past qualifications for that job. If you see the 1st chapter you can see he submit the resume and feel something was off (because he submitted his novel instead not to mention it was a unpublished draft for his novel next chapter ) also not to mention he was very secretive about his job as a bl novelist so no way he would just submit his work as a joke.

Was this the job interview the mom sent or was it the one online? And what is that love letter how did it get there? And what does the seme feel why is he doing this?
