I think for the forced scene, he put that for Haruki to say the "I can give you everything" line. Like even though he didn't like it, but if Akihiko likes it then he would give it to him. That is how it is to me

I love how Given deals with the raw emotions involved in messy break-ups, of losing someone you will always love, and being in a toxic relationship that you just can’t seem to quit. And how it doesn’t always work out with your “soulmate.” I’ve already listened to Given’s new songs but man I WANT TO HEAR YUKI’s SONGS SO BAD (and Hiiragi’s too)!!

As for Akihiko and Haruki - I feel like that molestation scene was so unnecessary bc Haruki just chose to forget about it right away which does not send a good message esp to young readers. Why even include that scene? And I so badly wanted Akihiko to work HARDER for Haruki’s love. I wanted him to chase after Haruki a little longer - man he had it so easy! I know he’s being so good to Haruki now but he really had it too easy!
I’m rooting for Hiiragi and Shizu SO FRIGGIN BAD. PLEASE GET TOGETHER LIKE RIGHT NOW!!! I hope the next few chapters will include even more scenes of these two - I love them!! Their relationship’s the least complicated here lmao
And we need to talk about Ugetsu too - I hope he finds a great boyfriend soon. I couldn’t really assimilate his struggle with Akihiko - like he felt trapped or something? But even so, I’m so proud of him for not running after Akihiko during that break-up scene. Mafu’s songs really have a way of hitting you right where you need it. I know he did Akihiko wrong but I can’t help but want him to find happiness too.
