It was Hinata, I think. That black sleeve (above white shirt) is totally the male's uniform. Also, I don't think Kageyama would talk this rudely (*sshole) to a girl. Also, Hinata is the one who always goes home with him. "What are other people going to think" is also more of a BL issue...
I totally thought Kageyama is speaking to Hinata tbh.
