I don't think their the royal family but their noble rank is somewhere arround duke and marquis which is one of the highest postions in the kingdom/empire
From what I understood:
The family is one of the 5 strongest empire in the kingdom, but they're not royalty. Their family is known as the King of the East, because of their power, not due to a royal title.
The family:
There's a grandfather, a father (whom we've only seen in the flashback), a stepmother, 2 brothers, and the heroine.
The each of the siblings have different mothers. Both the brothers have high ranking mothers, while the heroine's mom was a slave (?). All 3 of them are not related to the stepmother.

Can someone please explain the family relationships here? All I know is the reincarnated girl is the youngest granddaughter of some rich dude, has 2 brothers, and a step mom. I think Isaw something about the grandfather being emperor but I'm getting confused by the house affiliations. Like is the royal family the Francis or whatever house?
