They will end up together. And there's a lot of twist and turns. This story was really well written
when i read the spoilers i hated the fact that lucius got married to someone else, but reading it now i dont really feel weird abt it,,, i mean even if they actually communicated and even if lucius confesses he couldnt have married pauliana bcz he's the emperor n all, so its fine ig :<
