Not only is Webtoon free, but has tons of other free works that are also amazing, of almost all genres. I encourage you to go and take a peek :3

If we’re talking about WEBTOON then yes it’s free! You can pay coins if you don’t want to wait until the next chapter comes out, but on tapas I’m pretty sure you have to pay:)
