I'm back!!! Need Help!

This worked so well the last time I want to another one!! This yaio manga centers on a guy (salary man) relocating to this small apartment (due to some unfortunate hardships-I think break in) the apts tenants are its own little family. His love interest is a college student that's not good with interaction who runs the apts for his uncle. (he seems to have a great relationship with uncle), 2 females lives together as room mates (platonic- one the uncles secretary and a aspiring actress) There is a tenant (guy) that followed another tenant from there home town in pursuit of him. His demeanor is kinda scary esp if he thinks you're interested in "his guy". But once he doesn't see you as a threat he is friendly while the love interest is still claiming they are not in a relationship when there is clearly something there (even going as far as asking the uncle to find some other properties for him to move to, the secretary finds the info and tells the "family" about it thus thwarting those plans. The detail that really stands out is the main couple uke wanting to experience sex with a man entered the salaryman apt, had tea, announced he wanted to try sex got seme pants down and sat right on it (no prep, no forplay) immediately screamed and decided it was bad. (later on the salary man is able to get him to change his mind thought) Hope this is enough
