In the early chapter, there wasnt any incest tag tho, because it havent been told yet that they have a liking to each other. And it appear more like family love. So i can see why they wish this isnt incest
i don't know how you can look at a yaoi manga with the word "onii-chan" in the title and not connect the dots. plus there are comments under the chapter that say its going to be incest, and the english title pretty much implies incest.
i dont care if ppl don't like incest, but to go out of your way to read incest manga and then complain about it.......
