Doujinshi means self-published manga, but typical doujins are usually fan-created works. This may not have an "original" that it was adapted from.
That, or it may just have been misclassified as a doujin
Why is this on the main page at 'top doujinshi' list? Or have a doujinshi tag in the first place?
