Probably because Dojin wants to believe in the best in people. Since he tends not to judge people, he would be more likely to ignore her warning. Plus he has more years with that guy than her. I mean, they are truly childhood friends, would you believe your significant other if they told you your best friend is cray cray?And on top of that, before Dojin meet Tae hee, he didn't even consider being in a same sex relationship. So trying to tell him that his best childhood friend is possible in love with him....yeahhh, you would probably loss all credibility at that point.
Maybe he wouldn't have completely believed it at spot but things would fall into place... But as jinju figured things out by herself, dojin probably just ignored the signals bc he treasures shan :( the betrayal ugh
