Kin has a rare omega gene which helps increase the low population in their world. That's why his pregrancy is very important and why he had to give away their babies. (except Tou coz he was the first born and really special for Kin and Kumo) —Tou's babies will have to be given out as well.

Basically to sum it all up, there are not a lot of Omega or people who can get pregnant in their world and the population is Decreasing, they needed to give their babies away to save “Humanity” from getting fully extinct, I don’t understand much but if you re-read it you might understand it.(๑•ㅂ•)و✧
