He was angry at himself more than Sou. He knows Sou can't be blamed for Misao's near death experience, but he feels responsible since he gave her Sou. Also, Sou did say something really insensitive to his mother, which is rude no matter what culture you are from.

I love the ending T^T misao and kyou the three of them with their son sou was adorable. but why is kyou was so angry of his son sou ??? Because misao was going to die will she giving a birth ... Of their son but in the ending the three of them... Live happily with the other ayakashi
