So true! I felt like the author jumped over a lot of potentialy interesting events to lead us somewhere fast. Plus the stereotypical taciturn and mysterious MC, erg. Please, I'm overdosing on the silent type who skillfully manipulate people, the kind of cruel MC seen at "the strong type".
I'd love to read a good adventure story with a likeable MC.
AGREEE at first i thought this manhwa got some potential to improve but sadly the author ruined it (︶︿︶) as for the mc personality, i personally like it when the mc is kind of lowkey but strong enough to attract people attention
I see what you mean when you said "kind of lowkey but strong enough to attract people attention". I feel that type of MC is being ruined right now. Too many authors liked it and tried using it in their stories but failed somewhere along the way. Like, I don't know, making their MC the showy type: look how strong, how intelligent, how respected my character is. He is the best in the all world...Ruining it for me.
Of course some authors got it right like in Omniscient Reader's..., Solo Leveling or A Returner's Magic..., and what great MCs they are.
But the failures are so numerous that I'm now searching for totally different types. Like in Dungeon Reset or Mofumofu to isekai... I'm searching for the strong and sweet type.
YASSS! There's a lot of 'my kind of MC' but not all of them are likeable or my fav, it depends on the story. For now i just read any manhwa that have potential while waiting for my fav to be update.
