Ok, so now things makes sense (a little bit more). He’s taking medicine for ages because he’s gay, probably psychiatric medicine, that’s probably why he has mental imbalance. I have the feeling that he was also sexually, physically and mentally assaulted (he had bruises when he was young), and that could explain why he is almost addicted to sex (specially violent sex, which also could explain why he assaulted Nakyum at first) to the point of consuming erotic art and kidnapped an artist to paint his sex experiences (I can remember his facial expression on firsts chapters... he literally looked insane). What I think is.... maybe he is stopping taking his medicine after getting more involved with Nakyum, that’s why he is stopping being so violent and impulsive ALL THE TIME (even tho he is still like that sometimes, which is understandable), but he is suffering from abstinence and that’s why he’s having sleeping troubles and being sick (with dark circles under his eyes and all that) all the time?
