Yes!! That's why I really do hope to see that expression again in the future. I'm seriously addicted to this.
Even Claude noticed that. He thought she would just remain silent like always but, never expected athy to look so cold with a dead expression. Like father like daughter.

I was so intrigued when the Princess showed her cold side of the King when she was casted out from his birthday party. It clearly affected the king and I got goosebumps whenever I reread that chapter.
The Princess is portrayed as a bright and cute person but she can be cold and expressionless like her Father too. I wish I could see more of that expression in season 3 but I highly doubt it. Still I'm wishing for that to happen again.
