Titles are only title... Its business, money and connection to the royal family the most important.. in reality there was many fallen noble with high title forgoten and cant enter high society anymore in history... Living in medieval time actually pretty hard for noble specially for commoner compared to modern life
Kinda surprised with Daniel: he's pretty close with the royal family yet his title is only "baron", which is one of the lowest title, i guess? I mean he could be a marquess or duke
