I understood what was going on in the story but I think its pacing is really weird . There's no proper flow between each scene.Like I'll be reading one scene ,then once it's done suddenly the next scene starts without explanation of how the characters ended up in that scene ,which makes it harder to immerse myself into the story. The story itself is not hard to understand but coz of the bad pacing its hard to get attached to the story or characters. Another problem is that I cant invest myself in the romance between the characters coz the ML likes the FL out of nowhere. I dont know if its coz she looks like his love interest in the manga or if it's just lazy writing . Overall I feel the pacing makes the story and characters feel flat. I havent seen the drama but since you say that the manghwa is more detailed then I have low expectations for it considering how lackluster this manghwa is.I'm not sure if I explained my point properly but anyways I really appreciate you for typing out so much to explain the story to me.
Honestly I'm just reading it coz I like the art style. I just hope as the story develops, the pacing will improve.
Why is this story all over the place ? Are there missing pages or the flow of the story is just like that?
