Actually saw a guy a few years ago with really nice long hair to his mid back; he was a cashier. I made sure to let him know his hair was beautiful. He wasn't used to compliments and I hoped it encouraged him.
I find most guys who try to have long hair have no idea how to take care of it so it looks like a mess. (I'm not perfect either but if my baby hairs come out midday, there is nothing I can do about it. I'm talking about hair that says, "What's conditioner?")
