Really wonder if it'll be a baby type of situation where the baby is born really small and goes through one hell of a growth spurt. Even though Caius is shown as a baby and as you've said their babies will be hybrids and probably still be significantly larger than even a 10 pound newborn.
A titan’s newborn is probably the size of a toddler and even being mixed it still will be way bigger than a human baby. Not to mention the fact that he’s a man so all I gotta say is RIP Kouichi if he survives this magical, glowing fountain gush of cum lol.
