Well if you are the mother of Isaac can you expose you son? Also the mother also don't know what happened to Isaac in the pass the mother and son apart for long time. Reading the comics I'm thinking first how a gun dealer like Felix looks dumb but after reading the novel I understand why he behaves like that to Isaac.
