I don't think it intended to come off like that.
I think its more of "because of the boy was imprisoned to the point of not having any kind of freedom, the brother took advantage of the situation" but yeah it translationed horribly.
Wonder if it's just the translation but really hate how it's made out to be a matter of course for a gay man to rape his own brother......
