I don't think so. It read as he tried inviting her for sex (since he was a notorious player) but was rejected bc she had a fiance who she appears to genuinely like.

What if the uke is really his Son. Lets say the mother got pregnant by the seme when theyre young. And so the seme want to take responsibility and ask the mother to go out. But she reject it cuz she already has someone in her heart(childhood friend) and so the baby born without knowing that the real father is the seme. Haha Just want to share what im thinking.
