i think she's moreso mad because a hero killed him. Hero's are suppose to save everyone right??? So why are the villains exceptions?? I think she's mad because the hero's are hypocrites. Yeah, the thing is, heroes aren't allowed to do that, which is why I'm confused abt that part cuz they keep making hawks do messed up stuff, but thats what makes them a fucked up system.
