yea! i second that! it's like when someone develops an amnesia but has no chance to recover their memories so theyre forced to live a new life. it kinda feels like that.
I know right and sometimes those people who were told that they had amnesia because of a tragic event wants to never remember their memories from before so that it wouldn't disturb their new life
I think that Ah Li and Li Zhu are the same person and the same soul but its just that they don't have the same memories that's why its all messed up.. Plus the fact that Ah Li doesn't believe that he loves the Demon King because of his emotionless cultivation, it can be said that he was only confused and refused to believe that he truly is Li Zhu just that they don't have the same memories
