A mean other than sake of the plot he’s truly a terrible person. I would never date him nor wish to date him but given I don’t have to and it’s fiction it’s a standard trope to mindlessly indulge in. But the hate for him is more than warranted.
It's gonna be a fun hate to love so don't hate him too much for his pettiness you'll ruin the enjoyment of their progression.
