Its a yaoi. Basically this guy falls in love with this "straight" guy but he already has a kid. (To go into more detail, it isnt actually his child. A girl he hooked up with/dated said that he was the father, which he believed wasnt true. He took the baby because the environment the child was in wasnt the greatest[the girl and her boyfriend(?)'s place was completely trash and it was getting in the way of their life together].)
