man this scene was awesome. the meaning behind the bejeweled dagger is that it might be pretty and pleasing to the eyes with all the jewels, but it isn't practical and you can't brandish it as a weapon at all. it's either she was referring to rashta as being dim or that her child would never be considered as a royal LOL
