Master takes Kiyo as his bride which gives him immortality like Master and thy live happily ever after.
I hate to believe that the story is set somewhat 40 years back and in the present scenario,Kiyo might already be dead and Master might be guarding his grave SO
I'll just believe that THEY ARE STILL ALIVE AND AS HIS BRIDE HE'S IMMORTAL TOO
