It’s not though.... I mean maybe for his dad but they ended up together a realized there toxic past and tendencies and are going to try and change that to be happy together
Man idk but even if they ended up together, they lost a lot of their normal life. Its like they have to live in hiding even tho they didnt do anything wrong and thats kinda sad to me. Also the way the author ended the comic just made me sad too like it was so ambiguous
Mmm ya well I mean but before this was there life really that happy? The uke was living off an emotionally abusive guy who was possessive of him and treated him like an object and the uke has much past trauma and hand issues he told no one about. And the seme kid did nothing but piano while his father left him and his mother and he would always be the son of the professor. Yes they went through a shit ton of hardships to get to the end but there always light at the end of the tunnel and you can think of it like do the positives our way the negatives? And in the end they may have since they both got rid of most of the toxic things. Maybe that helps you not feel so sad about it. I agree though that I wish the author would have ended it a bit differently and given us more closure
