He is actually in coma and the popular guy (the idol) was actually another guy from the real world and the family is just his imagination and the idol got into the protagonists mind. In the end he successfully killed the family but the family isn’t NOT REAL and the other one is not his family too. He has a father who was abusive but he died, and because of that jinhyeok got a lot of delusions especially hearing things that made him kill people. He is not in a real world, just his imagination and he is in coma because of the crash. Aaaa sorry for my bad English :((
