I have never uploaded but a loooong time ago I asked someone and they said that the flag on the left side (If you can't see it then scroll down to the comment section and you should see it on the side) and click on it.(⊙…⊙ )

Once you do they will give you different options such as reporting missing pages and so on on the bottom it gives you the option to upload so long as you have signed up on imgur.com or imgbox.com then you can upload..... or something... after clicking the flag it has some info on the bottom that will help you what to do.
