yeah i've also noticed that. when they were younger joowon was the one who introduced cigarettes to haesoo so it may be saying something. taku was also portrayed as candy (he likes to eat candy) which may also represent a will to "quit smoking" since eating candy is a way of therapy. but as we see now, haesoo hasn't quit at all but he also doesn't seem to be smoking too much so that's something (⊙…⊙ )

ohhh it does make sense, next episode might be haesoo and taku's break up, i dunno but i'm feeling that it's gonna be soon (the end of their relationship.) also, from the start, haesoo isn't really committed to his relationship with taku (imo) so taku has been really wary and cautious of his actions and choice of words. but then again, whoever it is, just make haesoo happy!

I saw that’s too! https://mobile.twitter.com/Summer_inJ/status/1322187555622719488
Heasoo smoke the same cigarette, for remember him and his presence for sure
Haesoo used to smoke Malb*ro Ice blast and Joowon Malb*ro double burst.
Joowon's:

Haesoo's:

But you can see in the newest chapter Haesoo offered to his friend Malb*ro double burst.

I doubt this panel is random, it looks like author precisely focused on the package.
And we know that cigarettes symbolism was tied to Joowon's and Haesoo's relationship through the series.
So it can symbolise that Haesoo (even if unconsciously) craves and misses Joowon.
