A funny and fascinating read...

...this is a fun manga for anyone who does not suffer from D.I.D. (also formerly known as M.P.D.) I have D.I.D. and having "multiple personalities" is not, and has never been, FUN OR FUNNY. I feel kind of jealous of Yu because he seems to have had it pretty easy. D.I.D. makes life very complicated and far more difficult than you can imagine. I was lucky to find an understanding husband who has helped me deal with my D.I.D. successfully.
I will say that, though there are some aspects of this story that are incorrect, for the most part it is right on the money for realism. The "fighting in the hosts head"; loss of time and memory; feeling the "alter egos" being there or not; being a spectator to events an "alter ego" is participating in...are all VERY real in the life of someone with D.I.D. The mangaka did a great job in portraying this in a lighthearted and comical way. Even though this story hits close to home for me, I still really enjoyed it and would read it again.

Wow. It took me two years to wander back this way again. LOL Rereading both the manga and my comment, my feelings haven't changed a bit. I enjoyed this story for a second time and felt exactly the same as I did two years ago, a little jealous of Yu. LOL
