If this was a novel's world, she would be at her place as the "protagonist surrounded by love" without even realizing it.
Here, she doesn't know why but things don't go in the way she feels like they should. She can't explain why, but she feels like Latte stole her place, and she wants to take back all the affection of everyone BECAUSE this is the way she was written in the og novel as the girl "surrounded by everyone's love", and she is not anymore. Before Latte came, she basically lived in the novel where she instinctively knew that she was the center.
And now she has to live differently and accept that she is not the main character of the world, that she is just one person in the Crowd like everyone else, that some people don't care about her, which is perfecly normal for everyone, but for her, who was the protagonist, always look, always admired and loved ? Of course it is realistic that she wants everything to come back to her, she thinks it's unfair that she has not all the love, she is egocentrical, but she can't even understand it because before Latte came, this world was created for her.
Don't misunderstand me I don't like Ibelin, just, I think it's too simple to call her evil. To me, she is a pitiful girl who can't adapt herself to the world she lives in, and I pity her because without everyone's attention, she is nothing in truth. At the end, she is not loved by everyone anymore, and she can't accept it, and it's sad for her because the world change, this is not a novel anymore, and she is not the protagonist anymore, and even if she refuses to accept it, it won't change anything, the world will just continue without her.
ooooo i like ur analysis of her character but yes that’s basically it i was just saying how its not that surprising and how shes been kinda off in the beginning especially when latte was getting any type of attention

SPOILERS ... i cant be the only one who isn’t surprised ibelins evil ? i always felt something was off with her personality and mannerisms i thought it was one of those both know they transmigrated cases and thats y she was being weird
