Yes sumi heats come back but having sex with Utou helps ...but he is so gentle and sumi wants more :P and Utou always use a condom but sumi wants his sperm and thats how at the end sumi ask Utou to have a kid and being a family (▰˘◡˘▰)

Don't be sad they said it MIGHT be shorten. Utou even manage to get him pregnant (see the extras in tumblr) so I think this will be a very happy ending with them having babies and dying from old age.
