Are you 100% sure ?! Bc I saw raws in Spanish and even though I don't speak the language there was the "cancer" word in it. Ok, maybe they said "at least it's NOT cancer"? :D That'd be nice. But it sure looked like it.

If you take the time to scroll through the comments tons of Spanish speakers already clarified that the scanalators were making a joke about how everyone who saw Lihuan with an Iv drop would think he had cancer. There’s no reference in the comic per se about it. Hope this helps!^^

Seriously. I don't want and don't need (and kinda feel like as a loyal fan don't deserve) a cancer arc or whatever.
If he dies, the whole manhwa dies with him. Like when they totally screwed up "A Man Like Me". Loved it, and then all this nonsense happened and I just can't even reread it. Too screw up. And this here would just be to sad to reread it. FOR ME!
And to give us a cancer arc with a possible death at the end after it took 100 chapters for them to be happy. No. Come up with something else. Or just leave them be and concentrate on the other couples. But other than that, just NO!
