The only thing about BL mangas is I donât like the fact that you can just magically TURN someoneâs sexuality. Itâs like if a manga made a gay man into a straight man. Itâs just kinda uncomfy. I prefer the term, âthey realized they werenât only straightâ instead of them saying, âI turned them gay >:Dâ

I agree that you cannot "turn" someone gay out of nowhere, but I know people who actually were straight (not homophobic) and at some point in their lives decided that it's ok to be with someone from the same sex if there is love and attraction. I just pointed the fact that Royce was only ever with women, never thought of being with a guy before, but if the guy was Jude (his best friend) and loved him enough, then maybe the relationship could be possible. Diego claims to be straight but also lets Marino touch him in ways that most straight men wouldn't permit other men to touch them. Maybe Zariya will go for the story, maybe she won't, but I would like to read a story between them because i like them both.

For me I just find it realistic that among group of friends there shouldnât be all couples. I donât think itâs really a thing that every guy in a group ends up together just because. My guy friends do the same thing in the manga where they are really handsy with each other but they are straight. Women do the same but it is more normalized for women. To Have a dynamic where a straight friend caring about his gay ones are very sweet and an overall statement overall. I think itâs kind of repetitive and wrong to just make him gay for the sake of it being BL. I like the dynamic between a straight friend supporting his gay one more. it would be cool if Diego found a guy in the relationship but the lover got jealous of the straight friend. That plot is different and I feel is a lot more realistic

I know that most people prefer realistic situations depicted in mangas, but i prefer when the manga world is something out of the ordinary, something that doesn't happen (everyday at least) in real life, and i believe that that's the whole magic behind mangas. The stories make you part of uncommon circumstances, different worlds, where you can do anything, be anyone, like onegaverse mangas. So, while in the real world Diego isn't supposed to fall in love with Marino, in the manga world is a possible scenario. All depends on the readers views and demands and on the creator's mood. If Zariya reads a lot of comments saying that they would like a story about them being a couple and she feels that it's not too corny or out of place, maybe she'll think about writing it. But, on the other hand, i never read something like that from her, so perhaps you are right when you say that it will not happen.
I want a spin-off about Marino and Diego's story
