Well...to be honest...spouses usually shares stories on their respective work places. And sometimes, the things that we think not a big deal is a key information for another person.
Nevertheless, in this case, I'm kind of hesitant to judge. The boss didn't tell her that it was a secret. But, at the same time, I think she's careless to talk about something that she considered the company trump card to her new boyfriend. Not to mention all those papers lying around...
I find this story is unacceptable. And I can't agree with anything that's happening. He's just a scum and she's weak as hell. Her sister should not give advise.
